Summer Camp – Art, Craft and Cooking
Our camp numbers grew quite a bit for this week, and we had a lot more girls join our camp, which seemed to give even more energy to the group.
As well as painting, making and creating, with activities like making Sa paper (from a mulberry tree), decoupage, dream catcher and batik fabric making, the students also faced their fears and went zip-lining through the treetops. After this they stayed at a homestay village, enjoying the peaceful and relaxing way of life, whilst learning about rural Thai culture, cooking and living for one night with their host families.
They also managed to squeeze in a visit to the Night Safari and shopping at Chiang Mai’s famous Night Bazaar.
