Nature Everywhere Camp
What a wonderful week we have spent immersing ourselves in the outdoors during our Nature Everywhere’ Day Camp. This camp specialised in scientific projects, English classes, as well as a variety of hands-on environmental activities where campers explored the beautiful nature surrounding our campus. The days started with an English lesson which focused on the theme of the day. This was followed by science classes, where students had the chance to experiment with chemical reactions, conduct research on animal behaviour and even make their own lava lamps! Of course, there was plenty of time spent at out @threegenerationfarm where campers learnt about the local biodiversity and how we can benefit, but also live peacefully with our natural surroundings. This is where the campers had the chance to care for the farm animals, but also get creative! Making paper out of buffalo poo and understanding the art of natural tie dye was such a joy for our young campers. What a blast we had during this 5 day camp. We were proud to see how Coco, Jack and Sunny developed their English language skills, but also their ability to work as a group during scientific projects, as well as our team building activities.
